Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Document Controller cum Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation while also supporting technical drawing and drafting tasks. This dual role requires strong organizational skills along with technical proficiency in drafting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents and records
• Ensure proper document control procedures and version tracking Prepare, review, and update technical drawings as per project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval
• Ensure compliance with company and industry documentation standards
• Assist in preparing reports, submissions, and project documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller and/or Draftsman Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Strong knowledge of document control systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination abilities
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Preferred:

• Experience in construction or engineering industry
• Familiarity with UAE standards and documentation procedures
