Project Engineer - Bridge Maintenance Project

Manage and supervise day-to-day bridge maintenance activities to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved work procedures.

Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient project delivery.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality requirements.

Review technical drawings, method statements, and work schedules.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer on bridge maintenance, bridge rehabilitation, or similar infrastructure maintenance projects in the UAE.

Experience working with government or semi-government infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.

Strong knowledge of bridge maintenance practices, construction methods, and project execution.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Strong project planning and site coordination skills.

Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safe work practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site activities.
