As part of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (“IBCM”) business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Key responsibilities:   

Support the origination and execution of M&A, capital markets and financing transactions across the Southeast Asia region

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch books, client presentations and advisory materials

Support transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation analyses and preparation of transaction materials. This will involve coordinating execution workstreams with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

Manage day-to-day client requests and support senior bankers in delivering client solutions and executing transaction mandates

Skills and experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance or private equity

Demonstrated experience in supporting origination and execution of M&A, capital markets and financing transactions

Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills

Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi-task, work independently and perform under tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
