Call Center Agent – Hospitality

Responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries for the dessert boutique and restaurants, taking and confirming reservations and orders, providing information about menus, products, promotions, and locations, handling customer complaints and requests, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally.
• Take and confirm orders and reservations.
• Provide accurate information about menus, products, prices, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams when needed.
• Follow up on customer requests and feedback.
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer experience.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
