Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and personnel administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee personnel administration and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Handle government-related HR transactions and requirements.
