Information Security & Compliance Officer

• Support and maintain the Information Security Management System and security policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate information security and privacy risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations including GDPR and NIS2.
• Coordinate internal audits, security assessments and certification activities.
• Manage vendor risk assessments, processing agreements and privacy-related documentation.
• Promote security awareness through training, guidance and stakeholder engagement.

Take ownership of security, privacy and compliance initiativesPlay a key role in a growing and evolving technology environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Privacy or Governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and NIS2 requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E or CIPM are advantageous.
• Experience working with risk management, governance frameworks and compliance processes.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
