Your mission

Achievement of objectives and selection, management, and training of the team.

Must be highly professional, and highly motivated by the role, the product, and customer- and results-oriented.

Functions

  • Directly responsible for achieving the Store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
  • Ensure customer service in the store in accordance with the brand values and PUMA’s service standards.
  • Responsible for the selection, management, and training of the team.
  • Performance evaluations.
  • Team briefings.
  • Analysis of customers, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
  • Manage Loss Prevention.
  • Directly responsible for compliance with Loss Prevention within the store.
  • Inventory management.
  • Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
  • Visual merchandising maintenance according to PUMA standards.
  • Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of management experience in retail, managing teams and products.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Leadership.
