The opportunity Startselect is Europe's leading ecommerce platform for digital gaming gift cards, games, and entertainment. We serve millions of customers across Europe through our web, app, and partner channels, working with brands like Apple, Google, Netflix, PlayStation, and Xbox to make digital products easy to buy and instant to receive. We are constantly improving the customer experience, expanding our assortment, and growing the platform with people who take ownership, move quickly, and care about results.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with strong experience in the Laravel framework. You will play a key role in building and improving our applications, collaborating closely with other developers, and contributing to a high-quality engineering culture. What you'll have

• Develop and maintain high-quality PHP applications using Laravel

• Collaborate with team members to design, build, and implement new features

• Challenge and be challenged by fellow developers to ensure code quality and continuous improvement

• Communicate clearly and proactively within the development team

• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. What you'll bring

• 5+ years of professional PHP development experience, ideally in Laravel

• Strong knowledge of modern PHP, Laravel ecosystem, and related tooling

• Experience with API development, database design, and modern development workflows

• Someone who communicates clearly, enjoys teamwork, and isn’t afraid to challenge ideas constructively

• A proactive mindset and desire to keep learning and improving.
