Contracting Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a background in civil engineering to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and oversee their implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, timelines, and any issues encountered.
• Review and manage all project documentation, contracts, and permits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to project changes and challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
