Your challenges
KPMG's Digital Audit and Innovation team (DANI) is a fast-growing innovation hub within the audit practice, designed to future-proof assurance through cutting-edge digital solutions. DANI’s mission is to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and insight by leveraging data-driven technologies. Their solutions support the full audit lifecycle—from data extraction and processing to automated procedures—delivering faster, smarter, and more insightful audits.
You will be part of the Innovation hub team and will act as the primary link between the central and the regional audit innovation teams, enhancing audit quality, insights and efficiency through data analytics (D&A) tools. You will contribute towards our Product development based on auditor feedback and needs. You will work directly with third party tool owners and be responsible for the product ownership of these tools.

What will you do?
You will empower regional innovation teams to execute local innovation initiatives and reach D&A adoption targets. You will be responsible for the deployment of our in house developed tools. You will assist individual audit engagement teams in the design and implementation of D&A-driven audits. And you will cultivate the audit workforce of the future by leading KPMG-wide programs for data analytics professionals and digital auditors.
- Drive adoption of D&A-tools on audit engagements.
- Support regional audit innovation teams in their initiatives.
- Support product development squads.
- Product ownership of third party tools.

- Gross salary between €3,200 and €4,000 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.

Application procedure
Step 1. Your application When you apply, we will see if we find a match with your resume and the job requirements. The next step is usually an online assessment. This assessment consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The results provide insight into your preferred behavior and competencies.
Step 2. The first interview After a positive completion of the assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter and a colleague from the relevant department. Here, we mainly want to get to know you, and you also get the chance to get to know us.
Step 3. Follow-up interview Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.
