Job description

Analyst, Global Banking

Country: Singapore

This role supports the APAC Global Banking Multinationals coverage team by helping originate, execute and monitor opportunities for clients headquartered in Europe, the UK and the Americas with presence and activities across APAC, while ensuring disciplined credit, relationship and pipeline management.

Support Senior Bankers in managing Multinational corporate client relationships across APAC, covering clients headquartered in Europe, the UK and the Americas with regional presence and activities, with a focus on disciplined coverage, client connectivity and revenue generation.

Prepare client-ready materials, including pitch books, strategic account plans and relationship reviews, to support origination, cross-sell and senior client engagement.

Conduct financial analysis, peer benchmarking, industry research and market intelligence to identify risks, client needs and actionable business opportunities.

Coordinate transaction execution with product partners, legal, compliance, operations and risk teams to deliver timely, well-controlled outcomes for clients.

Support credit origination and portfolio discipline through credit applications, annual reviews, exposure analysis and ongoing monitoring of client performance.

Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and portfolio information to support management reporting, prioritisation and follow-up across the coverage team.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver consistent APAC client coverage and seamless cross-border execution.

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.

2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Banking & Corporate Finance or Relationship Management.

Strong financial analysis, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with sound knowledge of banking products and capital markets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise, client-ready materials for senior stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines while maintaining sound judgement and ownership.

Fluency in additional languages and prior exposure to multinational or cross-border corporate clients will be viewed favourably.
