Onboarding manager (Designer)

About the Role

Your mission is to transform newly signed properties into well-designed, high-performing, fully operational holiday homes that maximize both the owner's return and the guest experience.

You will manage the entire onboarding process from the moment a property is signed until it is handed over to the Operations team. This includes assessing each property, recommending design improvements, coordinating furniture procurement and installations, obtaining all required permits, and ensuring every property meets PROPUP's quality standards before launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding process for newly signed properties.
• Assess each property and recommend furniture, décor, and design improvements to maximize rental performance.
• Meet with property owners to assess their properties, present furnishing and upgrade proposals, negotiate recommendations, and obtain approval for improvements that enhance both rental performance and guest experience.
• Coordinate furniture procurement, deliveries, contractors, installations, and property setup.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
• Obtain DTCM permits and coordinate all administrative onboarding requirements.
• Ensure every property meets the company's design, operational, and quality standards before launch.
• Conduct final inspections before handing over completed properties to the Operations team.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements – Mandatory

• Previous experience onboarding holiday home properties in Dubai is mandatory. Applicants without previous experience in a Dubai holiday homes company will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, furniture selection, styling, and space planning for short-term rental properties.
• Confident meeting with property owners, presenting design recommendations, negotiating upgrade proposals, and obtaining approval for property improvements.
• Ability to build trust with property owners and professionally manage meetings and negotiations throughout the onboarding process.
• Experience coordinating furniture procurement, contractors, deliveries, and installations.
• Ability to manage multiple property onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Experience obtaining DTCM permits and coordinating the administrative onboarding process.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements – Preferred

• Experience onboarding luxury holiday homes.
• Experience working in a fast-growing holiday homes company.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
