Videographer/ REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports our marketing, communications, and branding efforts. You will work closely with marketing, events, and creative teams to deliver compelling visual stories that engage our audience.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

01. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, and events.

02. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand video requirements and deliver on project goals.

03. Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage.

04. Manage video production workflows from pre-production through post-production.

05. Edit raw footage into polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). 06. Ensure all videos align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

07. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (social media, web, TV).

08. Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

09. Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies.

11. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

12. Take feedback constructively and revise videos as necessary.

13. Ensure all video content complies with copyright and legal standards.

14. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

15. Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

 A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

B Experience:

 Minimum 2 Years of experience in the field of media production.

 Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, drones, sound equipment and other basic knowledge of photography.

C Skills and Competencies:

 Highly proficient in editing with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop.

 Must have drone experience.

 Must speak fluent English.

 UAE driving license required.
