Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and subcontractor services required for interior fit-out projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and best value.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders (POs), and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to understand project material requirements and timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites to avoid delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment where applicable.
• Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery and resolve any supply issues.
• Verify materials received against purchase orders and specifications.
• Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Develop cost-saving procurement strategies without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements or alternative vendors.
• Coordinate import/export documentation and logistics when sourcing international materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in project budgeting by providing current market pricing and cost estimates.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and purchasing forecasts for management.
• Resolve supplier disputes, delivery issues, and quality concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends, new products, and material innovations relevant to the interior fit-out industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing materials.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
