#INDH### Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, face to face and other communications
• Manage the showroom pipeline – engaging with customers post-visit
• Follow up on trade applications - no spend, samples sent and quotations
• Handle a high volume of daily customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Call existing trade applications - who haven’t purchased
• Engage with customers in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner
• Strive to achieve first-contact resolution
• Support inbound trade enquiries
• Prepare and manage customer quotes and support the sales process
• Invite new designers, architects and contractors to the showroom for presentations.
• Maintain up to date and accurate records of our customers within our CRM system
• Utilising databases support outreach within the trade industry

#INDH### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Must speak fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-3 years' experience within the luxury interiors, architectural, design, or related sector preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in business development, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Minimum 2 years' customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with trade and retail customers.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Positive, proactive, adaptable, and performance-driven mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records is advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative showroom and sales team.

• Competitive salary of AED 11,000 - AED 12,000 per month
