Project Planner – Hyperscale Data Centre

Are you an experienced Project Planner looking to play a key role on one of Europe's flagship data centre developments?

We're recruiting a Planner to join a leading international contractor delivering a 100MW hyperscale data centre in Berlin. This is an opportunity to work on one of the region's most technically challenging mission-critical projects, joining an experienced team responsible for delivering a landmark scheme from construction through to completion.

The Role

As Planner, you'll take ownership of the project programme, ensuring planning, reporting and project controls support successful delivery across multiple work packages. Working closely with project leadership, you'll provide clear visibility of progress, identify risks early and help drive programme performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed project programmes.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client teams.
• Identify programme risks, delays and recovery opportunities.
• Work closely with construction, commercial and engineering teams to ensure accurate planning information.
• Carry out programme impact assessments and change analysis.
• Support project controls, forecasting and earned value reporting where required.
• Participate in client meetings and programme reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Planner on major construction projects.
• Previous experience delivering data centre , mission-critical or similarly complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and senior stakeholders.
• EU work authorisation or eligibility to work in Germany.
