Civil 3D BIM Engineer_202608

• Develop and manage 3D models for civil and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D and related software.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation including grading plans, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model consistency and clash-free designs.
• Assist in BIM coordination meetings, identify design conflicts, and provide modeling solutions.
• Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company BIM standards and client requirements.
• Update and maintain models throughout the design and construction phases.
• Support in generating quantity take-offs and as-built models.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Maintain proper file management and version control in the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of roads, grading, utilities, and site development modeling.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, and CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).
• Good understanding of survey data, coordinate systems, and topographic surfaces.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience working on infrastructure or mixed-use development projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and QA/QC procedures for model review.
• Certification in Autodesk Civil 3D or BIM tools is an added advantage.
