About Us

We are an established event equipment rental and entertainment service company delivering AV production and interactive activations for corporate events and exhibitions.

We are hiring for a position of AV & LED Event Technician/Operator with driving license.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Installation & Testing: Install, configure, and calibrate Windows-based hardware, touch kiosks, digital photo activation systems, and LED video processors.
• On-Site Technical Operation: Act as the primary technical operator during events, ensuring flawless execution, signal routing, and system stability.
• Smart Troubleshooting: Diagnose and independently resolve unexpected hardware, software, or network connectivity issues during live event.
• Installation & Dismantling: Execute and oversee the precise physical setup, wiring, and dismantling of advanced digital and AV equipment at premium venues.
• Client-Oriented Support: Represent the company on-site by communicating professionally and politely with clients, event organizers, and venue teams.
• Logistics & Inventory Care: Safely drive the company vehicle, when needed to deliver equipment strictly on time, and maintain systematic order and inventory control at the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.
• Solid foundation in LED/AV: Proven experience assembling and configuring LED screens (NovaStar experience is a major plus), Simple sound bundles.
• Tech-savvy & Eager to Learn: Strong interest in interactive tech (touch screens, basic PC hardware, or camera equipment setups) and readiness to learn fast.
• Flexibility: Availability to work dynamic event schedules
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet and handle on-site troubleshooting.
• Good English: Clear communication skills for working with the team and clients on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,950.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
