MENA Senior Campaign Manager, Fashion Brand Experience (Freelance)

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Campaign Manager MENA (Freelance) We're hiring a freelance Campaign Manager to lead a single fashion campaign running in May for the Saudi market. This is a pilot engagement, if the client extends, there may be scope for continued work, but nothing beyond May is currently confirmed.

You'll own the campaign end-to-end against scoped organic objectives; hitting KPIs through creator content alone, without paid boosting. The role requires fluent Arabic, deep Saudi cultural fluency, and a working style where you naturally take full ownership of campaign outcomes.

Commitment & Working Pattern

• Duration: May (4 week +) pilot, with potential extension subject to client confirmation

• Hours: 10+ hours per week

• Responsiveness: Hours aren't fixed to specific times; you'll need to work when the campaign needs you. This includes onboarding creators and reacting to client feedback or incoming content within approximately 2 hours.

This is not a role for someone who needs a rigid schedule. It suits a self-directed freelancer who can flex around campaign rhythm.

What You'll Own

Campaign delivery against organic KPIs

• Run the full campaign for one fashion brand, from brief to wrap report

• Hit scoped organic performance targets (engagement rate, view-through, saves, CTR, earned media value)

• Manage timeline, budget, approvals and GPM against targets

Creator sourcing, negotiation and management

• Build casting shortlists aligned to brand archetype, campaign goals and creator vertical for the Saudi market

• Lead creator negotiations, including proactively securing added-value assets to maximise campaign value

• Own contracting and all creator communications through the campaign lifecycle

• Ensure content meets brand guidelines and Saudi cultural nuance

Client relationship

• Day-to-day point of contact for the client

• Clear, proactive communication with an approximately 2-hour response window on feedback and content

• Surface account health signals and growth opportunities back into the internal team

Performance reporting and optimisation

• Track performance in Kyra's platform and translate data into live optimisations

• Produce actionable wrap insights that inform future campaigns

Technology and platform competency

• You work fluently inside Kyra, our proprietary AI-enabled platform - no workarounds or shadow systems

• You use AI tools as a core part of how you drive efficiency, identifying repetitive manual work and automating it

• You actively contribute feedback to our product and development teams to improve the tools you use

What You Bring

• 4+ years in influencer marketing, talent or campaign management

• Direct experience managing campaigns for fashion brands

• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) - non-negotiable

• Strong cultural competency and trend knowledge for the Saudi market specifically

• Proven creator negotiation and contracting experience

• Demonstrable track record hitting organic performance KPIs

Operating style

• You run your work without needing day-to-day direction

• You take ownership beyond the strict lines of your role; you don't wait to be told

• Comfortable juggling fast-moving priorities and responding within ~2 hours when needed

• Solution-oriented: you bring options, not just problems
