About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Chief AI Specialist / Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of our in-house Artificial Intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Machine Learning, and full-stack software development.

This role is responsible for building a scalable AI platform that enables businesses and individuals to create, customize, train, and deploy their own AI chatbots and AI agents without requiring advanced programming knowledge. The successful candidate will lead the entire AI product lifecycle—from concept and architecture to deployment, optimization, and commercial launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications and AI agent platforms.
• Build scalable AI chatbot and AI assistant solutions using modern LLM technologies.
• Develop an AI platform that allows customers to create and customize their own AI chatbots for websites, businesses, customer support, education, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, HR, finance, and other industries.
• Integrate AI solutions with websites, mobile applications, WhatsApp, CRM systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using enterprise knowledge bases.
• Design and implement AI memory, reasoning, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.
• Fine-tune and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and business-specific use cases.
• Develop secure REST APIs and microservices to support AI applications.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, software engineers, and product managers.
• Monitor AI performance and continuously improve system quality.
• Implement AI security, privacy, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
• Lead AI innovation initiatives and mentor junior developers when required.
• Participate in product planning, feature development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development.
• Proven experience building production-ready AI applications or AI-powered software products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
