IT App Developer

Job Summary

De Lyon Estates is looking for a talented and innovative IT Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with web and mobile application development, and a passion for creating scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs with internal and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Maintain application security, performance, and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Perform software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, React, Angular, Vue.js, Laravel, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
