About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily B2B transportation operations, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs).

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate linehaul transportation activities to meet operational and customer requirements.

• Track in-transit linehaul shipments and proactively resolve delays to ensure on-time delivery performance.

• Coordinate closely with Distribution Station (DS) teams to align loading schedules, unloading activities, and ETA updates.

• Liaise with transportation vendors and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and delivery performance.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse to ensure seamless execution.

• Ensure operational documentation and reporting are maintained accurately and on time.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, linehaul, or supply chain operations.

• Experience managing B2B transportation operations and coordinating with third-party logistics providers is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
