MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential real estate projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Manage all aspects of MEP project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control measures

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with specifications, technical drawings, and UAE building standards

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports; communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members

• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment

• Implement risk management strategies and develop contingency plans for project challenges

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing MEP projects in real estate or construction environments

• Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

• Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar)

• Advanced proficiency in CAD software and BIM (Building Information Modeling)

• Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost estimation, and financial forecasting

• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Excellent contract management and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional team
