Senior Site HR Manager (d/w/m)

About the role

Are you a transformational HR leader who thrives in complex manufacturing environments? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR professional to drive business transformation, strengthen employee relations, and shape the future of our Tissue site organizations in DACH.

The position is based in Mannheim.

What you will do

Lead, coach, and develop HR Professionals at several sites, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused HR organization

Serve as a trusted partner to the site leadership team on all people-related topics with a focus on business performance

Lead organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and culture initiatives and be a champion of continuous improvement and embed change across the site

Support leaders to strengthen performance, talent, and succession management and lead Works Council and employee representative negotiations, building constructive partnerships

Own the HR operational agenda for the assigned site area, including headcount planning, personnel cost budgeting, and monitoring of workforce-related KPIs

Provide expert guidance to leaders on labour law, employee relations, and complex people matters

Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality HR operational processes across the sites in strong collaboration with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits and EATA while using people data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness

Who you are

Several years of HR leadership experience, ideally in matrix-manufacturing or industrial environments

Proven track record leading large-scale change and transformation programs

Strong expertise in Works Council negotiations, labor law, and employee relations

Demonstrated people leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
