Job description

Senior MDG functional consultant with strong Material Master expertise, capable of taking on stream lead responsibility in a large SAP transformation program and supporting the build and deployment of the global template.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead or co-lead a workstream covering areas such as master data flows, master data architecture, version handling, and multi-source supply.

  • Bring SAP MDG-M expertise into target master data architecture and data flow design.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

  • Develop target concepts and decision papers for management sign-off.

  • Identify system-specific topics and cross-stream dependencies.

  • Document design decisions as input for template build and rollout activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience with a focus on the Material domain (data model, governance workflows, distribution/DRF).

  • Strong understanding of material master structures in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.

  • Proven stream lead or workstream lead experience in large transformation programs.

  • Experience supporting template build and deployment phases of large-scale SAP transformation programs.

  • Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

  • Supply chain planning expertise, including intercompany supply and multi-source supply scenarios.

  • A2R process knowledge.

  • Understanding of turntable company structures and intercompany trading models in global supply chain environments.

  • Pharma/Life Sciences background with GxP awareness.

  • German language skills.
