Summary:

The Senior Project Planning & Controls Manager leads development and maintenance of the master project schedule and project controls systems across the full scope.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Planning, Management Information Systems, or equivalent

Professional Membership: -

Min. Overall Relevant Experience: 25 years

Min. Experience in Similar Role/Projects: 5 years

Min. Regional (Middle East) Experience: 5 years

Location: Project site, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Construction Supervision services)

Language: Fluent spoken, read, and written English required

Job Title: Senior Project Planning & Controls Manager

Role Purpose:

Lead schedule and project controls management across infrastructure, roads, and utility (wet and dry/HV) packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Leadership —** Lead development and maintenance of the master project schedule and controls systems.

Progress Oversight —** Oversee progress monitoring, schedule risk analysis, and reporting for the full scope.

Programme Review —** Manage review and validation of contractor programmes and progress claims.

Advisory —** Provide schedule/controls advice to project leadership, including delay and impact analysis.

**•

Governance —** Ensure project controls processes align with Client reporting and governance requirements.

• Proven scheduling of multi-package infrastructure/utility works (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities/HV) on a single master schedule.

Leads project planning and controls across infrastructure and utility packages, managing schedule risk, programme validation, and Client reporting.

Directs project controls across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on large-scale developments, managing schedule integration and delay analysis on complex programs.
