We Are HiringProject Studies Specialist

Operation & Maintenance | Facility Management

We are looking for a talented Project Studies Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing technical, financial, and commercial studies for Operation, Maintenance, and Cleaning projects, supporting business development activities and contributing to successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical, financial, and commercial feasibility studies for Operation & Maintenance and Facility Management projects.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assess market demand.
  • Develop financial models, including Cash Flow, NPV, IRR, Break-even Analysis, and project profitability assessments.
  • Perform risk assessments and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in the preparation of tender and bid submissions, ensuring accurate financial and commercial proposals.
  • Prepare budget performance reports and variance analyses.
  • Coordinate with relevant governmental and regulatory authorities when required.
  • Develop professional presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in feasibility studies, financial analysis, project planning, or bid management, preferably within the Operation & Maintenance, Facility Management, or Cleaning Services sector.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Reporting Line

Reports administratively to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or the General Manager , in accordance with the company's organizational structure.
