Property Manager

Main Responsibilities:

**Rent Collection and Lease Management:**Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants.
Efficiently collect rent, manage lease renewals, and address evictions with a proactive approach.

Building Maintenance and Repair: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are impeccably maintained.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, closely monitoring expenses to maximize property profitability.

Marketing and Leasing: Strategically market available spaces to attract high-quality tenants.
Showcase properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms to optimize occupancy rates.

Compliance: Ensure the property aligns with laws, including zoning regulations and health and safety codes.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to address inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills and Requirements:
