HR Business Partner – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees across German-speaking and international markets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to deliver HR strategies that support business goals.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and workforce planning.

• Support talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives.

• Coach leaders on people-related matters and leadership effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with German labor law and HR policies.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of German employment law.

• Experience working in an international and matrixed environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Fluent German (written and spoken).

Preferred

• Experience supporting Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland.

• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.

• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
