React Native Mobile developer

About the Role We are looking for a Mid to Senior React Native Developer to help build and ship our own products that rely heavily on AI powered workflows. You will be focused primarily on the interaction with and direction of AI coding agents – planning, prompting, reviewing, and correcting – while still writing code yourself where it truly counts. React Native judgement is still core here; when the AI is wrong, you need to catch it. What You'll Do Ship end-to-end React Native features and apps, driven by AI generated implementation (using Claude Code or similar AI). Configure and manage context for AI coding agents, including defining conventions, custom commands and skills, and hooks so agents remain on track and consistent. Intensely review AI generated code to ensure correctness, catch bugs and make the final calls that the AI alone cannot. Utilize multi-agent workflows for breaking down tasks, delegating to parallel agents, and reconciling results. Stay up-to-date with and adopt the latest AI advancements and tools to continuously improve the quality and speed of AI output. What We're Looking For (Required) Hands-on experience, and a proven track record, with using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to handle the majority of your development. This is not a requirement to have only used them as a source for examples. A working knowledge of agents, skills, plugins and custom commands, beyond just chat based AI interaction. Deep experience in React Native. You can build, test, debug, and ship native mobile apps, and understand its specific quirks and failure modes where AI models often stumble. Strong fundamentals in React (hooks, state management, performance optimization, etc.). An up-to-date knowledge of AI models and tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-moving, fully remote environment. Experience with Expo and bare React Native project structures. Nice to Have Experience coordinating multiple AI agents running in parallel on the same project. Experience with MCP servers or the ability to integrate AI agents with external data and tools. A public GitHub repository or portfolio that demonstrates original work.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
