👩💻 Your Impact

As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the creative engine behind how ViCentra tells Kaleido's story to the online world; turning complex innovation into content that connects with the people it's built for, whether they're living with diabetes, supporting someone who is, or prescribing the technology that changes their day. From social media and our website, you'll shape how audiences across the Netherlands, Germany, France and beyond experience our brand.

It's a role that spans channels and cuts across teams, no two weeks look the same, and no single medium tells the whole story. You'll thrive here if you move fast on ideas, bring structure to a lot of moving pieces, and want your creativity to have real, visible impact.

🔧 What You’ll Take On

In your role, you will:

Own and grow ViCentra's (Kaleido's) digital presence across our website (SEO, SEA, and AI search optimization), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring our content is relevant, visually engaging, and true to our brand voice.Create compelling copy and visuals that bring ViCentra's brand identity and messaging to life across every channel.

Create clear, easy-to-understand social media dashboards that enable stakeholders to interpret performance and stay aligned.

Help plan and run online events, from webinars to trade shows, that put ViCentra's brand front and center.

Creatre digital marketing activities, including website updates, newsletters, and email campaigns, alongside the Marketing team.

Develop DTC campaigns to maximise communicating Kaleido’s consumer-led brand and drive in lead generation for new users

Partner with creative agencies and freelancers to get the maximal out of our social media channels and website.

Collaborate closely with customers, Healthcare professionals, sales, customer care, and product teams to align communications with company priorities.

Keep planning calendars, marketing assets, and content libraries organized and accessible, and bring fresh ideas that keep our storytelling sharp.

Requirements: 📌 What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimal of 5 years of experience in, communications, or social media management.

Strong command of English and Dutch or German, both written and verbal.

Hands-on experience managing social media platforms; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Experience with creative and AI-powered marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Firefly), Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut AI, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite. Did we forget an Ai tool? Please let us know. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is a plus.

Familiarity with data-driven marketing or performance analytics.
