Job description

Purpose

As the Regional Head of Product Management – Lead Logistics (LL), Asia Pacific, this role will play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving the regional LL product strategy, commercial performance, and operational excellence agenda across the region.

This role will lead the Area LL Product Management teams, ensuring alignment to regional and global priorities while driving customer retention, product governance, pricing optimisation, and scalable growth across the Lead Logistics portfolio.

Alternative working locations within Asia Pacific may be considered based on talent availability.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Product Leadership & Commercial Performance

Lead and develop the Area LL Product Management teams across Asia Pacific, driving a high-performance and customer-centric culture

Manage 5 areas product performance, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, margin optimisation, and operational efficiency

Ensure business plans and performance cycles incorporate relevant inputs from Areas, Business Development teams, Products, and strategic stakeholders

Establish and maintain market-relevant pricing strategies and margin governance across the region

Partner closely with commercial teams to support critical customer retention and enable strategic account growth

Product Governance & Operational Excellence

Drive regional execution of product governance standards, ensuring compliance, consistency, and operational discipline across markets

Act as the regional owner for operational control centre (OCC), process optimisation, productivity, and service quality initiatives

Lead the regional CFS (Container Freight Station) network strategy and implementation, ensuring operational scalability and cost competitiveness

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide input to Functional Platform teams for process enhancement opportunities

Collaborate with MCL and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve best-in-class CFS cost management and operational excellence

Strategy, Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Contribute to the development and execution of the global Lead Logistics strategy

Lead regional budgeting, ROFO, and performance management conversations across Area Product teams

Set pricing and margin guidelines for the regional organisation and make decisions on commercial exceptions outside standard parameters

Drive cross-product and cross-functional strategic projects across the region

Collaborate closely with CPM/KCD teams to strengthen customer retention and support strategic growth opportunities

Partner effectively with regional and global stakeholders, balancing trade-offs and aligning priorities across multiple functions and geographies

What We Are Looking For

Extensive experience in product management, supply chain, logistics, or Lead Logistics environments, with strong regional leadership exposure

Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving regional commercial and operational performance

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, pricing strategies, and margin optimisation

Deep understanding of customer needs, Lead Logistics solutions, and integrated supply chain operations

Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate matrix organisations and regional/global environments

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities

Extensive knowledge of the logistics industry, supply chain landscape, and market dynamics across Asia Pacific

Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
