Job description

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive intern to support the global Partner Program team with onboarding, operations, and partner engagement activities. The role includes:

  • Manage partner onboarding requests and maintain onboarding trackers.

  • Follow up with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders on open actions.

  • Support partner agreements, profile creation, and portal updates.

  • Maintain partner database, contact information, and tiering records.

  • Coordinate partner trainings, invitations, and attendance tracking.

  • Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and operational updates.

  • Monitor onboarding status and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support partner communications and respond to operational inquiries.

  • Organize meetings, document actions, and track follow-ups.

  • Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Job Qualification

  • The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or a related non-technical field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

This is a full time internship, with a minimum duration of 6 months. This assignment would not be suitable as a thesis/graduation project.
