Senior Product Manager

We build and scale multiple products — including Farcana 2.0, Gamed, and FAR Labs — each exploring a different space, but united by a shared approach: moving fast, staying curious, and focusing on things that people actually use. 02. ABOUT THE ROLE

GAMED is an AI-as-a-Service (AIaS) platform and a unified operating system for the modern global gamer. We are building the foundational AI infrastructure layer for the global gaming ecosystem, aggregating a player's entire gaming footprint into a single unified identity known as the Gamer Passport. Powered by our proprietary 3-Tier AI Swarm Technology, the platform transforms gaming from a fragmented activity into a structured, financially rewarding career ecosystem. Following massive organic traction of our Telegram MVP (883K+ users), we are scaling toward full Web and Mobile platform launches.We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who actually builds and delivers things. Not a "strategy only" person. You will own the project delivery lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams, and resolve bottlenecks as we scale from our MVP to mass market platforms.

03. WHO YOU ARE

• Product Delivery Owner

You understand how to take a product from MVP to mass scaling, managing technical launches and full platform rollouts.

• Agile & Performance Driver

You have proven experience implementing performance management frameworks, especially OKRs, and running Agile/Scrum processes for cross-functional teams.

• Technical Integrator

You understand modern software development, cloud native architecture, and can coordinate complex integrations with major platforms (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox) via OAuth 2.0 and APIs.

• AI & Gaming Native

You understand game development, platform infrastructure, and AI products — particularly AI-as-a-Service and autonomous agent systems.

• Problem Solver

You switch seamlessly between technical discussions, timeline planning, and product strategy, identifying risks and removing blockers at 11 pm if needed.

04. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Lifecycle Management

Own the end-to-end project delivery for the GAMED platform, ensuring full Web and Mobile platform launches.

• Agile Execution

Run Agile/Scrum processes for cross-functional teams (engineering, AI, product, design) building the Gamer Passport and AIaS platform.

• Platform Integration

Coordinate and track complex integrations with major gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox) and mobile app stores.

• Timeline & Deliverables

Manage timelines for our 3-Tier AI Swarm Technology development, cross-platform digital asset marketplace, and subscription monetization rollout.

• Metrics & Reporting

Track and report on key project metrics, ensuring alignment with our aggressive growth targets (aiming for 15M users by 2028).

• Cross-Functional Leadership

Identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate communication across a globally distributed team of AI operators and engineers. Keep ego out, ownership in.

05. REQUIREMENTS

• Experience at Big Tech, top startups, or high-growth gaming/AI companies as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Experience scaling a product from MVP to mass market.
• Experience working in fast-paced, AI-first, or gaming environments.
• You've personally managed the delivery of live products, platforms, or games with 1–2 million MAU minimum.
• Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles, cloud native architecture, and edge computing.
• Deep knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies, with proven OKR implementation experience.
• Real experience managing projects involving complex databases, frontend frameworks, and AI/LLM integrations.
• Fluent English (C1 level), with the ability to express ideas spontaneously and discuss a wide range of topics with ease.
• Must be located in commutable distance to Abu Dhabi, UAE, or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
