Job description
As the Product Manager for Search & Discovery, you will own the end-to-end shopping flow of the Suitsupply webstore — spanning navigation, homepage, search, product listing pages, and product detail pages — with funnel conversion and add-to-bag rate as your north star. You will collaborate with a small AI-native squad of engineers and AI agents within the Commerce Platform domain, driving outcomes through sharp prioritization and hands-on collaboration rather than coordination overhead. By combining behavioral data, qualitative insight, and AI-driven analysis, you will shape how millions of customers across 25+ countries discover and engage with our products. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where your strategic decisions directly influence the shopping experience, revenue performance, and the future of AI-native product development at Suitsupply.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end shopping flow — menu, homepage, search, PLP, and PDP — and drive funnel conversion as your primary outcome metric.
- Define and track product KPIs; translate insights into a prioritized, outcome-led roadmap that keeps the team focused on impact.
- Shape search and personalization capabilities by evaluating and rolling out tooling that powers a smarter, more relevant shopping experience.
- Run discovery across the customer journey using behavioral data, qualitative research, and AI-driven analysis to surface opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineers and AI agents — spanning UI/UX, search relevance, merchandising logic, and PDP.
- Work at the frontier of AI-native product development: train and improve AI agents through feedback loops, manage the skills they use, and partner with engineering to move ideas from prompt to pull request.
- Partner closely with Growth, Merchandising, Marketing, and Design to align the shopping experience with broader business objectives.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of product management experience in e-commerce or retail, with a demonstrated track record of improving conversion funnels or shopping flows; Shopify experience is a plus.
- Strong eye for UX/UI; experience with search or personalization products is a strong preference.
- Data fluent — comfortable working in BigQuery, Looker, or Mixpanel to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- AI-native mindset: you already use tools like Claude or Cursor daily and actively push the boundaries of what AI can do for a product team.
- Outcome-oriented and self-directed; you drive results through clear thinking and sharp prioritization, not through process overhead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
What You Will Get
- Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.
- Growth: We see your potential as a key asset. At Suitsupply, you'll have abundant opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment that encourages development at every step.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
- Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
- Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of €68,000–€88,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.
