FRC Manager

·        Lead and oversee the 24/7 operations of all four NTU Fault Reporting Centres (FRC/FCC).

·        Possess strong ACMV system knowledge and effective customer handling skills.

·        Manage fault escalation, issue resolution, and operational coordination for complex systems including labs and cleanrooms.

·        Ensure smooth workflow and SOP compliance within FRC operations.

·        Respond swiftly to urgent issues or emergencies, coordinating with relevant site teams.

·        Participate in system commissioning, defect identification, and troubleshooting (e.g., power tripping).

·        Plan and deploy manpower support for NTU events or special arrangements.

·        Supervise engineering staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant task completion.

·        Allocate tasks proactively and monitor subcontractor performance.

·        Conduct routine site inspections to ensure work aligns with specifications and client expectations.
