Job Title EIC Capital Markets Intern Job Description Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Capital Markets Intern to support our Transaction Management team in Frankfurt. As part of one of the leading international real estate advisory firms, you will gain hands‑on exposure to investment transactions across Germany and all major asset classes. This internship is ideal for students interested in real estate investment, financial analysis, and transaction advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in buyside and sellside transaction support, including preparing documentation and coordinating project steps

Help develop and maintain transaction data rooms

Support the creation of marketing materials, pitches, and presentations in collaboration with our in‑house design team

Contribute to cash‑flow models, underwriting tasks, and basic financial analyses

Assist with portfolio, scenario, and sensitivity analyses

Participate in client meetings, property viewings, and internal project discussions

Conduct market research and gather relevant data across asset classes

Collaborate with experienced consultants and learn from real transaction processes

Requirements

Currently studying Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills in German and English

Strong analytical mindset, quick comprehension, and attention to detail

Proactive, motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team

Interest in real estate markets, investment, and transaction processes
