Senior HSE Manager - (Saudi National)

• Manage the development and implementation of Project HSE Management System including the HSE action monitoring system and incident reporting procedure, in compliance with internal management system and any Client specified requirements. 

• Provide advice and support to the Project Director/ Manager on the processes and procedures required to deliver HSE objectives. 

• Interface and align Projects with Client HSE Processes. 

• Advise the Project Director/ Manager on training requirements for Project personnel. 

• Ensure effective HSE training is developed and delivered to Project personnel. 

• Promote and lead HSE meetings, audits and reviews. 

• Ensure that specialist advice is obtained as required. 

• Ensure a formal risk assessment process is developed, implemented and maintained. 

• Ensure HSE reports/ correspondences are collected, analysed and communicated. 

• Ensure Project HSE performance statistics are developed and communicated. 

• Interface with the Client team to ensure prompt delivery of HSE scope of services. 

• Ensure adequate HSE resources are available and manage those resources ensuring delivery of HSE deliverables. 

• Set clear direction and manage HSE Engineer’s/ staff assigned to the project. 

Please note that role will be based in Abha, KSA.

• Functionally reports to the Project Director/ Manager and Corporate HSE Manager

• Relevant degree and professional qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as an HSE practitioner within the same or related sector

• Proficient with all Microsoft office applications

• Prominent communication skill

• Leadership skills

• KSA National
