Helper (Labour Camp Kitchen Helper)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our labour camp facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide essential support to our kitchen operations, ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently and our kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. You will work as part of a dedicated team to support the smooth functioning of our food service operations.

• Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients according to kitchen standards

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

• Support the kitchen staff in organizing and storing food items in designated areas, ensuring proper inventory rotation

• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment

• Assist in receiving and organizing food deliveries and supplies

• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with facility guidelines

• Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces

• Support meal service operations and assist with setting up dining areas as needed

• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to supervisory staff promptly

• Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the facility

• Proven experience working in a kitchen environment or food service setting (preferred)

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong communication skills and willingness to follow instructions

• Reliability and consistent punctuality

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends as required

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools (preferred)

• Valid work visa or eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates
