We are hiring an experienced AI Tester / QA Automation Engineer for a key Airline Digital Booking and Manage My Booking project .

This role is strictly for candidates who have hands-on experience in airline domain , especially Digital Booking, Manage My Booking, PNR, reservation, flight change, cancellation, refund, check-in, baggage, or passenger service flows .

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days a week

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

💼 Experience: 6+ Years

🗣️ Communication: Excellent communication is mandatory

Key skills required:

✅ Airline domain experience is mandatory

✅ Digital Booking / Manage My Booking experience

✅ AI / GenAI / LLM / Chatbot testing

✅ Prompt testing and response validation

✅ Hallucination, bias, and edge-case validation

✅ Functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing

✅ Automation testing using Selenium / Playwright

✅ API testing using Postman / Swagger

✅ Basic Python or scripting knowledge

✅ JIRA / TestRail / defect lifecycle management

Preferred airline experience:

Flight Search, Booking, Reservation, PNR, GDS, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, NDC, Seat Selection, Payment, Check-in, Baggage, Cancellation, Refund, Rebooking, and Manage My Booking flows.
