B2B Marketing Manager (all genders)

• Initiate and manage B2B marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert new marketplace partners across Europe

• Launch and steer performance marketing campaigns on social platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

• Create SEO and GEO content to increase marketplace visibility and drive seller acquisition

• Steer external agencies to develop and execute creative online marketing campaigns

• Take ownership of cross-functional side projects, such as UX improvements and product enhancements for the Seller Center

• 2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally gained in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g. a start-up or scale-up)

• Hands-on experience managing and navigating key performance channels, specifically Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Business Managers

• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of evaluating and optimizing marketing campaign performance

• A structured and organized working style with a high level of personal responsibility

• Experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or sales context 

• A proactive mindset with a strong hands-on attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to iterative approaches (including “trial and error”)

• Motivation to succeed in a scale-up environment, with enthusiasm for both personal growth and contributing to the company’s development

• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to create and optimize visual and video assets is a plus
