About the Role:​

Leveraging the latest advancements in Agentic AI and Generative AI, you will work with a team of experienced Application Engineers to develop, test, and validate next-generation AI workflows for semiconductor design. These AI agents are intended to automate complex engineering tasks, accelerate design convergence, and significantly improve the productivity of semiconductor design teams.

This internship offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art Agentic AI workflows built on top of world-class EDA technologies used by leading semiconductor companies.

What You Will Do:

  • Investigate the application of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies in semiconductor digital implementation workflows

  • Design, implement, test, and validate AI-driven workflows that automate engineering tasks and improve design productivity

  • Collaborate with Application Engineers to evaluate AI agent performance on real customer design challenges

  • Develop benchmarks and validation methodologies to measure the effectiveness and productivity gains of AI-driven workflows

Job Qualifications:

  • MSc/MEng student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Microelectronics

  • Knowledge of digital IC design methodologies and semiconductor design flows

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)

Additional Skills / Preferences:                       

  • Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG workflows, or orchestration frameworks is a plus

  • Experience with Python programming and automation is highly desirable
