Senior Associate, Wealth Management Operations (Asset Transfer), CBWMO, Group COO

Job Responsibilities:

Process different types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds and digital assets

Liaise with different parties such as CDP, front office and external third parties for security transfer

Liaise with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer

Ensure all cash and securities breaks are promptly investigated and follow up

Ensure all transfers instructions are processed in accordance the Bank’s operating guidelines and compliance to market requirements

Handle security transfers queries from FO and other stakeholders

Assist in and lead ad-hoc projects on behalf of team. Work with project stakeholders in ensuring timely implementation

Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Provide support to team leader as and when required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Asset transfer.

Able to multi-task, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill

Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.

Able to work as a team.

Able to handle multi-tasks.

Able to work under pressure & work beyond working hours when transaction volume is high.

Proficient in MS Word & Excel
