Associate / Analyst, ISC Dealer - Investment Service Centre (Mid/Night Shift), Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities:

Execute equity trades across diverse local and overseas exchanges for both bank and brokerage clients.

Assist clients efficiently with all trading and settlement matters, including payment and collection processes.

Manage and respond to trading hotline and email queries from internal and external clients, providing timely and accurate information.

Handle account-related inquiries (e.g., corporate actions, equity transfers) from all client channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Perform thorough trade reconciliation, investigation, and resolution of dealing matters.

Monitor and track orders and trades for bank and brokerage operations.

Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LV) to ensure platform stability and functionality.

Review clients’ credit limits, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Plan and implement process enhancements to align with evolving regulatory changes and new product launches.

Manage and support engaging events such as seminars, webinars, and customer education programs.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Hold CMFAS Modules 1A, 6, and 6A certifications. Alternatively, CMFAS certifications (RES 1A, CM-EIP and CM-SIP/ or CM-CMP) are acceptable.

Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative team-player mindset.

Exhibit the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

Be able to work various shift hours and public holidays as required.

Apply excellent customer handling skills to resolve issues and build rapport.

Understand and adhere strictly to banking and regulatory requirements.

Possess strong capital market knowledge (an advantage).
