The Role & Your Impact

As P&O Partner (Commercial Sales) MEIA, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping the business build organizational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive sustainable growth. This is a strategic business partnering role that combines organizational, talent, and change management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial Senior Leaders in MEIA and their leadership teams on people and organizational matters.

• Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

• Support organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation by aligning structures, processes, and behaviors with business goals.

• Challenge assumptions and provide coaching, guidance, and support on people-related decisions and core people processes.

• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of global people concepts, programs, and practices across the business.

• Use HR data, metrics, and insights to support informed decision-making and business performance.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Required Education & Experience

• Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in an HR Business Partner, P&O Partner, or similar strategic HR role.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic HR partnership and business impact.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

• Strategic, customer-centric, empathetic, and courageous mindset.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead through ambiguity.
