The opportunity  

In our data-driven organization, we leverage Process Intelligence to drive operational excellence, improve business performance, and accelerate digital transformation. As a Celonis CoE Domain Lead for Sales & Manufacturing, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and driving the Process Intelligence strategy across the Sales and Manufacturing domains. 

 

You will serve as the primary business owner for the domain portfolio, ensuring that Celonis initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities, focused on measurable value, and adopted effectively by stakeholders. Working closely with Business Process Owners, Global Process Owners, Value Engineers, Data Engineers, IT teams, and executive leadership, you will identify opportunities, prioritize investments, sponsor use cases, and ensure sustainable value realization across the organization. 

 

In addition, you will help drive the adoption of Process Intelligence, Automation, and AI-powered capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement across the enterprise. 

 

How you’ll make an impact 

Own and drive the Sales & Manufacturing Process Intelligence roadmap, aligning priorities with business strategy and transformation goals.  

Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities that improve process performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.  

Lead the Process Intelligence portfolio, governing use cases from discovery and business case development through implementation and value realization.  

Act as the business owner for Process Intelligence initiatives, defining KPIs, success measures, and value targets that deliver measurable impact.  

Translate process mining insights into actionable improvements, driving root-cause problem solving and sustainable process optimization.  

Partner with business leaders, process owners, and operational teams to identify opportunities, build alignment, and accelerate adoption.  

Facilitate workshops and value discovery sessions that uncover improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making.  

Track, measure, and communicate business value, ensuring accountability for operational, financial, and process performance improvements.  

Represent Sales & Manufacturing within governance forums, promoting standardization, scalability, best practices, and continuous improvement across the organization.  

Champion the adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence, Automation, and AI, leveraging predictive insights, automation, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value. 

 

Your background 

8+ years of experience in Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement roles. 

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Celonis Process Intelligence or Process Mining solutions. 

Proven track record of driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives using process analytics and data-driven insights. 

Experience owning and prioritizing business portfolios, roadmaps, or transformation programs. 

Strong experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. 

Experience managing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment. 

Demonstrated success in value realization and business outcome delivery. 

Experience working in global and matrix organizations.
