• Work with Culinary, Rooms, Spa, Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B teams

to ensure all operational requirements are delivered flawlessly.

• Curate bespoke guest experiences including décor, entertainment, gifting, wellness

rituals, transportation, and VIP touches.

• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while maintaining luxury service

standards throughout.

• Manage supplier relationships including florists, production companies, entertainment

partners, AV vendors, and specialty contractors.

• Ensure all events comply with resort policies, safety standards, permits, and local

regulations.

• Monitor budgets, deposits, final billing, and event profitability in coordination with

Finance.

• Maintain accurate records, forecasting, and event pipeline reports within Delphi / CRM

systems.

• Support pre-opening event strategy including venue positioning, packages, preferred

supplier lists, and launch showcases.

• Identify opportunities to elevate Faena’s reputation through signature programming

and memorable moments.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel events, catering sales, weddings, or

event operations.

• Previous experience in ultra-luxury resorts, destination hotels, lifestyle brands, or iconic
