We are looking for YOU as Working Student  (m/f/d) Facility Management / Building Services (TGA) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.

This role offers hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our facilities, with a focus on technical building equipment.

These challenges await you:

Support the Facility Management team in daily operations and administrative tasks

Assist with the coordination and supervision of external service providers for maintenance and repairs of technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems)

Participate in the planning and execution of minor facility projects and modifications

Document facility-related data, maintenance schedules, and technical specifications

Conduct regular inspections of technical installations and identify potential issues

Support in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal facility guidelines

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth facility operations

Assist in the procurement process for facility-related materials and services

You inspire us with that:

Currently enrolled as a student in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field

Basic understanding of technical building equipment (TGA) systems is a plus

Proficiency in GSuite

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken) and good English language skills

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the semester
