As a Branch Manager UAE, you will be responsible for leading Customer Care, Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Quality activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance. You will oversee order management, logistics and warehouse operations, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing and developing operational teams. The role requires strong leadership, customer orientation, and experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate Customer Care activities, including quotation processing, order entry, open order follow-up, and customer support.

Lead and develop Customer Care and Warehouse teams, including workforce planning, performance management, training, and employee development.

Ensure efficient order processing and maintain high customer service levels through close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including freight management, transportation compliance, export documentation, and carrier performance.

Manage warehouse operations, ensuring effective receiving, storage, distribution, inventory accuracy, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Coordinate inventory management activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and management of excess or slow-moving stock.

Support and maintain quality management processes and continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with regional quality teams.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to improve on-time delivery performance and forecast accuracy.

Monitor operational KPIs such as transportation costs, stock rotation, customer service levels, customer returns, and inventory performance.

Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and customer-focused decision-making.

Education and Experience

College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, and supply chain operations.

Proven people management and leadership experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
