On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Transportation Shuttle to join the resort’s Transportation Shuttle team.

Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and special events.
• Ensure all transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
• Lead and manage chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
• Conduct regular training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure personalized and seamless transportation experiences for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to transportation.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services.
• Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local transportation regulations and hotel policies.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met
• Conduct regular safety checks and audits.
• Maintain insurance and licensing documentation for all vehicles and drivers.

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest handling.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
